Foolhardy Redux Cont.

I am into my second week of training for the PIttsburgh Half Marathon OR as I am now referring to it "Fat to Fleet Footed in 12 weeks". Today was the first run I was able to make without walking 5k 9:31 average per mile. The training schedule is here for anyone so inclined. Viva Blisters!

Wanna be Mac DJs unite

This is my favorite bit of software I have found on the Mac App store yet. It is really amazing! Both easy to jump into and use, and powerful. I (as with seemingly every other reviewer on the App store) cannot believe that it is free.
